The Business Problem
Cisco is transforming its service sales business through the global deployment of a new web-based solution designed to help Cisco service sales teams and partners manage their entire service sales process. This program requires a comprehensive change adoption program for internal users and Cisco partners, including a detailed communications plan for communicating with all program stakeholders and sponsors.
The TechProse Solution
The TechProse Change Management team is helping drive the deployment and adoption of this initiative through a strategic change management plan. Responsibilities include oversight, resource management, knowledge transfer, and thought leadership to create awareness, understanding and buy-in for this key Cisco initiative. The overall goal of the project is to ensure successful global adoption of this new solution while aligning program-level activities with executive and program level goals, communication strategies and branding.
Strategic change consulting has been provided throughout the program to promote successful adoption of the solution. Communication deliverables include Video on Demand (VoD) segments, websites, PowerPoint presentations, executive communications, events, and much more.
