The Business Problem
The Cisco sponsor who oversees the complex, fast-moving Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC) project needed consistent messaging that would motivate people to stay focused during the long implementation and encourage them to adopt the new system. At the same time, stakeholders, such as Cisco field sales employees, international partners, IT, and support, needed simple directives, and not complicated tech-speak.

The TechProse Solution
For several years, a TechProse Executive Communications Specialist has worked with Cisco's CSCC sponsor to create messaging for CSCC's diverse project audiences. Each week, the consultant meets with the Cisco sponsor to discuss the status of the implementation and upcoming communications needs and proceeds to create messaging. Deliverables include slide presentations, emails, newsletters, and video scripts.

In addition, the Executive Communications Specialist works closely with CSCC and the communications specialists of other related Cisco initiatives to ensure that all of the communications are aligned with the sponsor's communications. The TechProse Executive Communications Specialist also works with the change management team to ensure that communications support adoption efforts.
