The Business Problem
In some cases, a client simply needs a way to provide easy online access to instructions on an as-needed basis. This was the case at Cisco, when a geographically distributed developer group needed detailed information on a completely new user interface and toolkit.

The TechProse Solution
TechProse developed a streamlined e-learning system that blended online programmer's reference material with screen-by-screen training on the new interface. Developers could start with the screen-by-screen walk through, and quickly look up hyperlinked information on parameters, commands, and usage. This fit the needs of the group by providing just-in-time access without extensive training out of the office.
