Case Study: Quality Systems E-Learning for Logitech
The Client Profile Founded in 1981 in Apples, Switzerland, Logitech designs personal peripherals to provide a more intuitive way of interacting with personal computers. The company is a leader in the design of computer mice - as well as other products - and has reinvented the mouse in new ways to meet the needs of computer users.

The Business Problem Logitech's quality systems management team was looking for a better way to educate managers and employees world-wide about their quality control processes. While existing procedures and documentation described these processes and tools, they felt the need to create a deeper understanding and awareness of how the processes and tools worked together to create world-class results.
Logitech wanted to build an e-learning program that provided an overview of the various program elements and their relation to each other. They also wanted the e-learning to clarify the benefits of each tool and provide brief examples and real-world applications.
The TechProse Solution TechProse developed and delivered an interactive, scenario-based, 30-minute e-learning program to Logitech, which incorporated audio, text, graphics, animation, and self-check exercises.
The course guided the learners through a process-flow in the order of action and illustrated several real-life scenarios, while quizzing them with scenario-specific questions, encouraging problem solving and reasoning about which process to use and the benefit, timing, and relation of each.
If you would like to view a sample of the course, please contact a TechProse Account Manager.
