Case Study: Yahoo! E-Learning Training
The Client Profile
The Business Problem The TechProse Solution Using focus groups, TechProse learned how critical this training was for employees. Many were not confident that they understood the overall process and the tools used to generate requisitions, purchase requests, and other procurement-related activities. Following the analysis, TechProse designed and delivered a series of e-learning modules for P2P users that guided them through the process of paying for products and services and taught them how to be "Smarter Spenders." Module topics included working with a preferred vendor, creating and using purchase orders, and booking travel arrangements. The course became a required first step for access to Yahoo!'s procurement tools. Following the success of this course, TechProse expanded its e-learning services to Yahoo! Europe. |
