TechProse has delivered on-time, in-budget e-learning projects for high tech, hardware and software, health care, government, transit, retail, and biotech clients since the early 1990s. TechProse develops custom e-learning modules using standard desktop tools that require no end-user license fees. To the extent corporate bandwidth allows, TechProse integrates video, animation, sound, and interactive exercises to ensure that content is dynamic and engaging. We can also integrate centralized online administration and reporting of student activity. Often, the e-learning is part of a larger Blended Learning solution.  The online application may be Web-based training (WBT), Computer-based training (CBT), Distance Learning, or delivery via cell phone or other device.

All TechProse e-learning projects are based on proven adult learning theory. We leverage Mager’s work to develop performance-based learning objectives, and use at least Level 2 on Kirkpatrick’s scale of measurement to ensure that training yields measurable results.  TechProse recognizes and adapts findings from both the behavioral (represented by Gagne) and cognitive theory (represented by Ausubel) to develop intuitive, engaging adult learning.
