Logitech's quality systems management team was looking for a better way to educate managers and employees world-wide about their quality control processes, in order to create a deeper understanding and awareness of how the processes and tools work together to create world-class results.
University of Michigan Web-Based Training
The Michigan Center for Public Health Preparedness wanted to turn an existing, day-long Instructor-led Training course into web accessible e-learning, and challenged TechProse to maximize the benefits of an online course, without losing the power of the instructor's engaging storytelling and presentation skills.

Logitech was rolling out a new Planning, Performance, and Development (PP&D) process and system for its global workforce. GPS Training for San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI)
Operators and dispatchers needed training to be able to use the online system effectively. Maintenance personnel also needed training on troubleshooting the signs and other equipment located on the buses and bus stops. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) implements security procedures to ensure the confidentiality of health information and data. PeopleSoft Training Analysis
TechProse worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and their client Safeco during their PeopleSoft implementation. As the implementation proceeded, questions arose as to the best methodology to train a diverse array of corporate and remote personnel on the new system. PwC asked TechProse to perform a Training Analysis to determine the best path forward for training development and delivery.

E-Learning HIPAA Overview
In 1996, Congress passed the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). The purpose of the legislation is to provide increased portability of health insurance through limitation on preexisting condition exclusions, prevention of health care fraud and abuse, protection of patient information, establishment of standards for electronic systems handling medical information including privacy, security, transaction codes and handling procedures.
Blended Learning -- Transit Mechanics and Operator Training
MUNI contracted the design, manufacture, and delivery of 250 electric trolley coaches. As part of this contract, MUNI had extensive requirements for training their mechanics and operators. The goal was to ensure public safety and proper, long-term maintenance of the coaches.
Online Application Training
Orbital has been installing AVL systems at many transit authorities throughout the United States. These systems allow instant location of buses for security and traffic flow assistance. Training of the dispatch and operations personnel is problematic, due to shift times, diverse geographic locations, and other factors.
Training and Documentation
Southern Wine and Spirits of America, Inc. (Southern), is a nationally recognized wine and spirits distributor. Southern’s new Business-to-Business (B2B) application gave its customers the ability to place orders online, and the company needed to train its national sales force on the new application. Southern also needed a User Guide for customer reference, and a Conditions of Use document that outlined the company’s liability.
Blended Learning
PacifiCare Health Systems (PHS) required training for a wide variety of employees, regarding benefits for the elderly and their families and new programs and offerings under the Medicare Part D initiative. New Medicare prescription programs required rapid training of a wide variety of geographically distributed agents and call center employees.
