GPS Training for San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI)
Operators and dispatchers needed training to be able to use the online system effectively. Maintenance personnel also needed training on troubleshooting the signs and other equipment located on the buses and bus stops. MUNI needed comprehensive training in a flexible format to cater to the work schedule and union regulations for all personnel who required training.

Standard Operating Procedures for Amtrak
Amtrak's New York Division operates seven tunnels in New York City. The company needed a comprehensive, easy-to-use manual that employees could use to ensure worker safety and uninterrupted service.

Transit Mechanics and Operator Training
MUNI contracted the design, manufacture, and delivery of 250 electric trolley coaches. As part of this contract, MUNI had extensive requirements for training for their mechanics and operators. The goal was to ensure public safety and proper long-term maintenance of the coaches.

Web Site Design and Development
The initial BART web site was designed as a tool primarily for internal staff use. For this reason, it was organized by internal departments. Management realized that public access to information required a new design, and issued an RFP.

Online Application Training
Orbital has been installing AVL systems at many transit authorities throughout the United States. These systems allow instant location of buses for security and traffic flow assistance. Training of the dispatch and operations personnel is problematic, due to shift times, diverse geographic locations, and other factors.

ISO 2000
Sierra Mountain Express needed assistance in defining requirements and metrics to become ISO 2000-certified. They had no internal resources to draw upon to tackle this mission, so they turned to TechProse for assistance.

Focus Group Coordination
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) needed a comprehensive course on Emergency Response for Alternative Fuel Vehicles to serve multiple audiences. The course had to be modular enough to be easily changed to train a variety of different members of the response team.
