Web-Based Solution for Ongoing Business Management

The Business Problem
GEPS needed a way for both internal staff and customers to access information regarding transactions, including order status, order processing, parts catalogues, product selection, installation scheduling, maintenance history, service requests and history, configuration management and more. Both internal and external customers are globally distributed.

The TechProse Solution
TechProse consultants worked with GEPS to develop server-side Java applications that integrate legacy systems and databases in order to provide a web-based user-interface for browser and B2B clients. The consultants included technical architects, Java programmers, LDAP experts, OO analysts, designers and developers.
