The Business Problem
The Informix environment changes rapidly. Informix needed technical writers to document the 2000 releases for Informix 4GL database products. The writers had to research software changes and include all new features. They also had to highlight major changes since the previous release.

The TechProse Solution
TechProse edited the release documents using FrameMaker, HTML and Illustrator. The team worked largely offsite, developing manuals, product marketing materials, and web content. TechProse brought the disparate resources together for a rapid, accurate delivery in time for the latest release of the software cycle.
