Alcatel provides end-to-end communications solutions, enabling carriers, service providers and enterprises to deliver content to any type of user, anywhere in the world. Leveraging its long-term leadership in telecommunications network equipment as well as its expertise in applications and network services, Alcatel enables its customers to focus on optimizing their service offerings and revenue streams.

The Business Problem
Alcatel had a number of innovative products including Bluetooth and Broadframe, but no white papers or professional documentation to adequately describe the technology and its features.

The TechProse Solution
TechProse interviewed internal Alcatel SMEs and reviewed engineering documentation. We developed white papers and marketing presentations for complex telecommunications products based on this information, and created and/or imported graphics to add visual explanations of technical concepts. TechProse also developed and published final white papers.
