You have an ownership stake in TechProse!
TechProse is now offering a special benefit: ownership. Through the TechProse Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), all qualifying TechProse employees share directly in value they create in the company. Medical Group Plan – We pay 50% of your monthly premiums!
W2 hourly consultants who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible for TechProse plans for medical, dental and vision coverage. Coverage is effective the first of the month following your first 30 days of service. TechProse pays 50% of your medical premiums if you enroll. Health Savings Account – Pay for your medical costs pre–tax!
Think of this tax-free medical savings account as your personal medical IRA. You can designate payroll deductions to deposit into this account and the money you deposit stays with you wherever you go. This reduces your tax liability and creates a way for you to pay any out–of–pocket medical expenses with pre–tax dollars. 401K – Grow your retirement savings tax deferred!
TechProse offers a voluntary 401(k) retirement plan. Eligibility is limited to W2 employees. You can join the plan on the first day of the month following 90 days of service if you are at least age 21. The plan is invested in the Nationwide Best of America Mutual Fund Plan under the direction of the participant, and a financial advisor is available to assist on investment decisions at no cost to the participants. http://www.techprose.com/webforms/401k_Enrollment.pdf

Professional Membership Reimbursement
TechProse will reimburse up to $160/year for professional membership dues! To qualify you must work at least 2,000 consulting hours over the previous 18 months. Client Referral Bonus – Earn an extra $1000!
We pay you a referral bonus of $1,000 when you refer a client project to us which results in a minimum of 480 billable hours. Your referral is good for a year from the time you refer the client! http://www.techprose.com/contracts_referral.html

Consultant Referral Bonus – Earn an extra $500!
